How to sign in

Open app.speakiverse.com in the browser of your phone or computer and type the email you used in the purchase. You receive a 6-digit code to sign in. You can also sign in with the button in the access email we sent after the purchase.

I did not get the access email

Access is sent to the email you typed at payment, within a few minutes. Check your spam and promotions folders too. If you typed the wrong email, write to us with the name and email used in the purchase.

The microphone does not work

In the first conversation, the browser asks for permission to use the microphone: tap allow. If you blocked it by accident, give the site permission to use the microphone in your browser settings. On iPhone, it works in Safari and inside Instagram.

Minutes

Time counts during the conversation, while you speak and while Crista speaks. Minutes are valid for 12 months. When you want more, buy them in the store inside the app: the new ones are added to what you have left.

Crista in the conversation

In the conversation, Crista appears as an animated character in a small window over the chat: she listens while you speak and moves with her voice when she answers. Tap the window to see her full screen, with the conversation's captions. The animation runs on your own phone and doesn't use extra minutes.
