Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of Speakiverse (speakiverse.com and app.speakiverse.com), a service for practicing conversation in other languages with an artificial intelligence tutor, offered by [company name] ("we"). By buying or using Speakiverse, you accept these terms.

1. What the service is

Speakiverse lets you talk by voice or by text with Crista, an artificial intelligence tutor that replies, corrects you and tracks your progress. Crista is not a person. Replies and corrections are generated automatically and may contain mistakes.

2. Access and minutes

Each purchase gives you a package of conversation minutes, valid for 12 months from the approval of the payment. A new purchase adds its minutes to your remaining balance, and the whole balance becomes valid for 12 months from that purchase. Time counts while you speak and while Crista speaks. Minutes not used before they expire are lost.

One account can have more than one language. Minutes belong to the account and can be used in any of its languages; each language keeps its own notebook of mistakes and level. An extra language can be added at checkout or inside the app.

Payment is one-time, in the currency shown at checkout. There is no renewal and no automatic charge.

3. Personal use

Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or used in an automated way. To protect the service, we may limit daily use and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content

Do not use Speakiverse for content that is illegal, offensive or that violates the rights of others. Crista is built for language practice and may decline other topics.

5. Guarantee and refunds

You have 7 days from the purchase to ask for a full refund, as described in the refund policy.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service online, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or because of provider failures. Speakiverse needs an internet connection and a browser with access to the microphone.

7. Results

Speakiverse is a practice tool. Each learner's progress depends on frequency and dedication, and we do not guarantee fluency, exam approval or professional results.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Important changes will be announced by email.
