7-day guarantee

You can ask for a full refund up to 7 calendar days after the purchase, with no need to explain why.

Send an email to ola@speakiverse.com from the email you used in the purchase, asking for the refund. We reply within 2 business days.

The money is returned through the same payment method. On a card, the refund appears in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

After the guarantee period, the purchase is not refundable, except in the case of a service failure that prevents its use.

With the refund, the corresponding access is cancelled.
