Data we collect

Sign-up and purchase: name, email, mobile number (optional), chosen package and order details. Card details are typed directly into the payment processor's environment and do not pass through our servers.

Conversations: the audio of your voice is sent for transcription and is not stored. We store the text of the conversations, the corrections, your notebook of mistakes and the minutes used.

Crista's memory: things you tell her in conversations (for example, work, plans and likes) to personalize the lessons. We do not intentionally store sensitive data, such as health, religion, immigration status or documents. You can see and delete this memory in the Progress tab.

Browsing and ads: pages visited, where the visit came from (such as the ad that brought you) and measurement cookie identifiers.

What we use it for

To provide the service, give you access, personalize the lessons, send you emails about your purchase and your progress, send you offers (you can unsubscribe at any time), measure and improve ads and prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

With providers that run parts of the service: the conversation's artificial intelligence (Anthropic), voice transcription (ElevenLabs and Inworld), Crista's voice (Inworld), email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe), ad measurement (Meta, which receives hashed contact data) and visit measurement (Google Analytics, which does not receive name, email or phone). These providers may process data in other countries. We do not sell your data.

For how long

While you have access and for up to 2 years afterwards, or for the period the law requires for purchase data. You can ask us to delete it earlier.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, portability and deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to ola@speakiverse.com.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and measurement cookies for ads and visits (Meta and Google Analytics). You can block them in your browser.
